About

Hello my name is Ethan, inmate numbers 125879, 197414, and 1108783, however my close friends call me Dub or Edub.
I am a recovering heroin addict and in the end of my active addiction I was forced ,and not by my choice, to turn to fentanyl. I used heroin for 26 years before I decided I was done.
As a result of my addiction I graduated from many of americas great institutions. I’m not talking about Harvard or other major universities, nor am I talking about media, Hollywood, the military or any political process. I’m talking about Americas other major institutions that are as great and plentiful as the above mentioned, but on the opposite end of the spectrum, prisons, psych wards, group homes, halfway houses, county jails, and children’s residential.
I spent more than a quarter of my life in these institutions. In prisons alone I was incarcerated for 12 years between 3 different states. New Jersey, Florida, and Missouri.
Though it was a colossal waste of time, I did spend much of it wisely following politics, learning a trade that wasn’t offered, and really identifying core issues in my life.
Just because I learned these thing doesn’t mean I used them hence the 12 years of back and forth, but I became very self aware of who I was and how to use that to my advantages and disadvantages.
I also learned about people. A whole lot about people because after all I spent time with the worst of the worst and that drastically changed my view of the world and mankind.
Who is good and who is evil?
This microcosm changed me for the worst in many ways however it also changed me for the better. I’ve dealt with racists, violence, gangs and grifters. Scumbags, manipulators, snakes, thieves and liars.
I also dealt with every culture and nationality that comprises these United States and what makes it so great.
Being a criminal exposed me to everything that is wrong with this system. From police officers to public defenders and everything that perpetuates the war on drugs. A war that is destroying our culture, that has been lost, but continues on to feed the machine of America’s great institutions out of greed, legal slavery, and the amount of money generated by enforcing the poor policies that keep the doors of a penitentiary revolving like the earth around the sun.
I’m very big on politics and culture and the class system that divides our country under the guise of racism, white supremacy and the culture of wokeism that has resulted in the mishandling of the lower class.
Just like a college graduate, us here at the bottom have the same expectations put on us however they are different and they are ingrained so deep that its time to start pointing these issues out in a vast amount of ways and since I am considered a career criminal who has taken the steps independently to change and break those expectations, I feel my voice can be valuable in the struggle for true freedom, freedom of self and breaking the chains that have tied so many people to themselves that they see nothing but what their echo chamber shows and teaches them.
I spent life on the bottom and now I’m on top, even with 16 felony convictions and a few violent crimes in my past. Instead of being a victim to an unjust system, which I could easily be, I fight to be a leader for those that are lost in the repetitive and disparate country we have become.
You will find me to be very candid about my life, my choices, and the situations I found myself in over and over. I am comfortable with who I am and I am not self conscious nor embarrassed for the decisions I made in life, so you will be getting an open book on my ideas, opinions, and decisions I made to change things.

My community will deal with self help and self discovery, offensive humor that deal with ugly realities, self depreciation, political rants, prison and drug stories, music, and showing that respecting ones self in order to respect another human being is probably most important of all.
My plan is to put out one quality and informational video a week about the issues listed in the above paragraphs as well as regularly updating issues I have in life, the answers I discovered about myself through out my roller-coaster of a life, suggest ideas to those who need direction when it comes to police interaction, addiction, the law and politics, sprinkled in with humor, interviews with people I find interesting, random spur of the moment thoughts, debate those who view the world differently than I in a healthy manner and try and help others and bridge the gap that has been growing exponentially in one direction.
I am a small L libertarian and go by the name of the tattooed libertarian on my YouTube channel and One of which I was removed from recently for my opinions on the current affairs of our country. I will not miss you facebook.
I am just starting out and hopefully overtime things will become more cohesive so my production may not be the best but I will continue to work hard to do better for those around me.
Welcome friends and subscribers to A Criminals Guide To Life, I hope you will join me on this journey because I have alot to offer and with your feedback I can only become a better human. Even better than the human I’ve become since I left the city of St Louis on June 28th of 2019. That is also the day I quit using heroin and fentanyl.
Guidelines: Respect, be it self respect or treating another with repect is the only guideline that I have and if brocken that will cause you to be removed. Respect and acceptance is the key to unlock every issue that one can face in a day and therfore must be strictly adhered to.
Any violation of the basic rules of locals will be an automatic boot as well. Please respect everyone as I will too.
Thank you, Ethan and A Criminals Guide to Life!
